If you already bet accas, there is something to work with. If you mostly play singles, I would leave it alone. A bonus that dictates your bet type is never really free money.

The headline numbers are decent. The clearing terms are the problem. Every bonus comes with 35x wagering and only 7 days to finish it. While wagering, stakes are capped at ₹557.80, some games contribute nothing, and the free spins stay locked until the deposit bonus is cleared.
That turns this into a proper grind rather than an easy bonus grab. I would only bother if I was already planning a serious slots session. Chasing it just because the percentage looks generous is a good way to let the bonus dictate how you play.
